The 30-Day Mail-In Refund Period for Rain Checks Dated 5/27 or 7/3 Has Expired.
No further Refunds Will Be Issued for these Dates.
Unused Rain Checks from these Dates Are Valied at any Remaining 2012
Event.

If
scheduled events must be cancelled due to rain, curfew, etc.
after qualifying events have been completed – rain checks
will NOT be issued. In this case, the remaining feature race(s) will be completed
along with another full racing program at a future date(s) and 2
payoffs will be paid on the double feature night(s).
If scheduled events are cancelled before the qualifying events
are completed, rain checks for a future event will be issued for
face value on any future event during the year. Rain checks may
be used to upgrade to a higher priced ticket by paying the
difference. If purchasing a lower price ticket, change will be
given. A refund can be issued on rain check admission tickets only.
Rain checks must be mailed to the
speedway office within 30 days of
the cancelled event when requesting a refund with a self
addressed, stamped envelope and phone contact information.

FEATURES ARE RUN ON A FUTURE DATE.
