All credentials MUST be renewed for The Ultimate in 2012.

Credentials must be submitted by email at
hesstonspeedway@hotmail.com  ufochampionship@gmail.com  or by calling 814-658-3639.

All press credentials must be approved by the raceway by Friday, October 5.

Website media credentials will be strictly limited to those working for high exposure websites.  

Photographers and writers from approved publications or approved websites must provide proof of published photos within 10 days of the event, or future credentials will be denied.  

A limited number of freelance photographers will be permitted.  Freelance photographers MUST submit a CD with photos of the event for use on the Hesston Speedway website within 10 days of the event, or future credentials will be denied.   Email photos will not be acceptable.  CD's will be sent to Hesston Speedway, 12472 Redstone Ridge Road, Hesston PA, 16647.
